「特別(とくべつ)定額(ていがく)給付(きゅうふ)金(きん)」というのは　コロナウイルスで　大変(たいへん)に　なった　皆(みな)さんの　ため、政府(せいふ)が　10万円(まんえん)を　送(おく)ります。その　お金(かね)を　もらうために、申(しん)請書(せいしょ)という　紙(かみ)を　日本語(にほんご)で　書(か)きます。その紙(かみ)は　皆(みな)さんに　郵便(ゆうびん)で　来(き)ます。能美市(のみし)の　ホームページに　英語(えいご)の　紙(かみ)があります　から、それを見(み)て　書(か)いてください。

“Tokubetsu Teigaku Kyūfukin” is a Special Financial Benefit provided by the government for those in hard financial conditions due to the Coronavirus. Nomi city has send out the application forms. Foreigners, too, are required to apply filling the forms out in Japanese. For reference, Nomi city has published an English translation of the Application form on its home page.
