先日、当協会の団体会員であるNPO法人You-I（ユウアイ）よりマスク50枚を寄付していただきました。どうもありがとうございました。
You-Iは、中々手に入れにくいマスクを中国から仕入れ、石川県内の病院や関連組織に寄付しています。この善意ある活動は、地域への貢献として、新聞に掲載されました。

A few days ago we got a donation of 50 masks from our member organization NPO You-I. We would like to express our deep gratitude.
Nowadays masks are hard to find, but You-I has procured them in China. They are now donating them to hospitals and linked organizations throughout Ishikawa prefecture. They believe this good-will activity to be a contribution to the local community, and it has been introduced in the newspaper.

国の緊急事態宣言が5月末まで延長されたことに伴い、石川県から不要不急の外出自粛、休業の要請が継続されることが発表されました。

能美市でも、行事・イベントなどの中止、施設の休館、臨時休校、並びに保育園・放課後児童クラブの利用自粛を、5月31日まで延長して実施することにいたしました。

国・県の支援策、4月30日市議会臨時会で可決した市の施策を進めると共に、市民・事業者の皆様には、大型連休中の「Stay Home Nomi」のご協力に御礼を申し上げ、引き続き感染拡大防止のため、ご理解ご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。

The country has proclaimed the prolongation of state of emergency till the end of May, and so Ishikawa prefecture, too, has announced that it will continue to demand that citizens refrain from going out without necessity or emergency, and businesses will shut down.
Nomi City has decided it will prolongate its measures, such as cancelling events, closing down public facilities, temporary suspension of schools, demanding refraining from using of nursery schools and after-school children clubs.
The City will go on with its measures decided on the temporary session of the City Council on April 30, along with the country's and the prefecture's support measures. We would like to express gratitude to all of the citizens and businesses that helped in “Stay Home Nomi” movement during the long holidays, and to ask for understanding and support of continuing measures needed to stop the spreading of the infection.

現在、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大により、政府は全国を対象とした緊急事態を宣言しました。石川県は、重点的に感染拡大防止の取り組みを進めていく特定警戒県に指定されています。
市民の皆様には、行事やイベントなどの中止・延期、施設の休館、臨時休校、並びに保育園・放課後児童クラブの利用自粛など日常生活を過ごすなかで、大変なご不便とご心配をおかけしているところです。
この状況のもと、市民の生活や安全安心を守るために従事されている多くの皆様、また、石川県緊急事態措置の要請に基づき、店舗や施設の休業と営業時間短縮にご理解ご協力を賜る市内事業者の皆様にも、厚く御礼を申し上げます。
　能美市内におきましても、今が正念場であり、感染拡大を防止するために、能美市全体が一致団結する時期と言えます。市民の皆様には、大型連休中の県内外への往来自粛など、改めてお一人おひとりが「感染を広げない」とのしっかりとした自覚を持ち、日常生活を過ごされるよう、より一層のご協力をお願いいたします。
市といたしましては、感染拡大防止や経済支援に向けた独自の施策を４月末の市議会臨時会に上程するなど、引き続き、国や県など関係機関と連携し、全力で取り組んでまいります。

Presently, the government has declared a state of emergency for the whole country because of the spread of New Coronavirus infection. Ishikawa prefecture has been appointed as a prefecture of high alert that needs to do serious measures in order to prevent the spread of infection.
We know that for all the citizens it is very hard and worrisome times because of all self-limitations like canceling activities and events, closing facilities, temporary suspension of school classes, refraining from using nursery schools and afterschool children clubs.
I would like to wholeheartedly thank all of the personnel working to protect livelihoods and safety of the citizens in these circumstances, and also all of the business owners who comprehended and complied with the prefecture’s demand to close down or shorten working hours as a measure necessary in the state of emergency.
In Nomi city, too, we can say that now is the crucial moment when all of the city must unite as one in order to prevent the infection from spreading. I would like to ask again all of the citizens to realize anew that each and everyone’s personal awareness not to spread the infection is important in daily lives. I would like to ask to refrain from going in and out of the prefecture during the long holidays.
The City will propose its own infection spreading prevention and economic support program on a special session of Nomi City Council n the end of April. It will continue to apply all effort, cooperating with the country government, prefectural administration and other affiliated bodies.
If you protect yourself, that will help protect your family and people around you, and to protect your region.
I would like to wholeheartedly ask all of the citizens for their understanding and cooperation.

井出市長より新型コロナウイルス感染症に関するお知らせ(4/20)
A message from mayor Ide regarding the New Coronavirus infection (April 20)

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止に向け、行事・イベント等の中止、施設の休館、臨時休校、並びに保育園・放課後児童クラブの利用自粛など、市民皆さまのご理解ご協力に厚く御礼を申し上げます。
石川県から中小企業及び個人事業主に対して、4月21日から5月6日まで、店舗や施設の休業と営業時間短縮の要請が出されました。
休業と営業時間短縮要請に関する支援策の詳細は、石川県ホームページをご覧いただくか、ホームページに記載されている担当部署に、業務時間内にお問い合わせください。
引き続き、感染拡大防止のため、市民並びに事業者皆さまには、ご理解ご協力を賜りますようお願い致します。

I would like to express my deep gratitude to all of the citizens who showed understanding and cooperation in regards to measures to prevent the spread of New Coronavirus infection, such as cancelling activities and events, closing facilities, temporary suspension of school classes, refraining from using nursery schools and afterschool children clubs.
Ishikawa prefecture has issued a demand for middle and small size ventures and individual entrepreneurs to close shops and facilities or shorten business hours for the period from April 21 to May 6.
For details on support system for those closing down or shortening their business hours, please see Ishikawa prefecture home page, or inquire to the corresponding division specified on the home page within working hours.
I would like to ask all of the citizens and businesses for further understanding and cooperation in regards to prevention of infection spreading.

能美市立病院における新型コロナウイルス感染症について
4月14日（火曜日）能美市立病院に勤務する60歳代の男性医師1名が新型コロナウイルスに感染したことが判明したことに伴い、4月15日（水曜日）から4月17日（金曜日）までの外来及び時間外、救急診療を休止させていただいておりますが、4月18日（土曜日）・19日（日曜日）におきましても時間外、救急診療は休止させていただきます。

【やさしい　にほんご】のみしりつ　びょういんで　コロナウイルス　が　ありました
4がつ14にち（かようび）のみしりつ　びょういんの　いしゃ　ひとりが　コロナウイルスが　あると　わかりました。ですから　4がつ15にち（すいようび）から4がつ17にち（きんようび）まで　びょういんは　つかうことが　できません。4がつ18にち（どようび）と4がつ19日（にちようび）は　よると　きゅうに　びょうきに　なったときは　つかうことが　できません。

【English】Regarding the COVIR-19 infection case at Nomi Municipal Hospital
On Tuesday, April 14 it has been confirmed that a 60-year old male doctor working at the Nomi Municipal Hospital is infected with New Coronavirus. Therefore, from Wednesday, April 15 to Friday, April 17 the Hospital is closed for outpatients, night-time service and ER service. Additionally, on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19 the night-time service and ER service will also be closed.
