世界のともだちサロン「ヨガ教室」

６月２４日（水）世界のともだちサロンにて「ヨガ」を行いました。
ゆったりとした空間で皆さん集中してヨガを楽しんでいました。
好評につき、７月８日（水）にもう一度「ヨガ」を行いますので、皆さんぜひお越しください！

We had a yoga lesson on June 24th at World Friends Salon.
Participants concentrated and enjoyed yoga in a relaxed atmosphere.
Due to popular demand, we are going to have a yoga lesson again on July 8th!

コロナの関係でしばらくお休みしていました「世界のともだちサロン」ですが、6月10日（水）より再開しました！久しぶりに顔を合わせることが出来て、皆さん嬉しそうでした。

“世界のともだちサロン“は、毎週水曜10：00からどなたでもご参加いただける「国際交流のお話の場」です。
海外の方や日本の方とお話したい！という方はぜひお気軽にご参加下さい！！

6月24日（水）はみんなで「ヨガ」をする予定です。参加費は500円です。ご参加希望の方はヨガマット(持っている方)・飲み物・タオル持参の上、動きやすい格好でお越し下さい！
※こちらでもヨガマット数枚用意しますから、ご心配なく！

The “World Friends Salon” was closed because of coronavirus, but we resumed it from June 10th. It was really nice seeing each other after a long time!
“World Friends Salon” is a place to have a chat with residents from overseas and Japan held every Wednesday from 10 am.

On June 24th we plan to do yoga. The participation fee is 500 yen. If you would like to join us, please bring a yoga mat (if you have it), a drink, a towel, and your sporty clothes.
*We are going to provide some yoga mats, so do not worry if you do not have one.

12月11日の「世界のともだちサロン」でツリーの飾りを和やかな雰囲気で楽しく作りました。
新しい参加者も含め１２人でした。
At today's "World Friends Salon" we've made tree decorations. The atmosphere was pleasant and we had a lot of fun making them! There were 12 participants, including new ones.

材料費は、1個50円。材料に限りがあるため、事前のお申込みをおすすめします。当日参加も可。（12/8まで）
