石川県緊急事態宣言
「接触」を徹底的に回避するため、日常生活の過ごし方の見直しをお願いします
・３つの条件（①密閉、②密集、③密接（互いに手を伸ばしたら届く距離(２ｍ)での会話や発声)）が同時に重なる場を徹底的に回避
・不要不急の外出自粛の徹底
・特に、バー、ナイトクラブなど繁華街の接客を伴う飲食店等については、出入りを強く自粛
・出張を含めて県外への不要不急の往来の自粛の徹底
・県外からの不要不急の来訪の自粛
・事業者においては、公共交通機関で出勤する社員の時差出勤、在宅勤務などの取り組みをより一層推進
日常生活での感染予防の徹底をお願いします
・手洗いや咳エチケットといった基本的な対策の徹底
・発熱等の風邪の症状がある場合は出勤等も含め、外出を控えること
風評被害の防止など、冷静な行動をお願いします
感染者の方やその家族に対する差別や偏見につながる行動は厳に慎むなど、引き続き、冷静な行動をお願いいたします。

・ようじが　ない　ときは、いえに　いてください。
・とくに　バー、ナイトクラブなどに　いかないで　ください。
・ようじが　ない　ときは、しごとでも　いしかわけんの　そとへ　いかないで　ください。
・ようじが　ない　ときは、いしかわけんの　そとから　いしかわけんに　こないでください。
・あさや　ゆうがたは、　でんしゃや　バスに　ひとがすくない　じかんに　かいしゃに　いきましょう。できるだけ　いえで　しごとを　しましょう。かいしゃの　ひとと　そうだんしてください。
まいにち、まもって　ください
・てを　あらいましょう。マスクを　しましょう。せきを　するときは、タオルや　ハンカチで　くちを　かくしましょう。

【English】Ishikawa prefecture has proclaimed the state of emergency
The residents are asked to review their daily lifestyles in order to avoid interactions with other people as much as possible.
・Avoid as much as possible places where 3 Cs overlap: Closed spaces, Crowded places and Closed-contact settings (such as talking within hand-reach distance less than 2 meters away)
・Avoid as much as possible going out without urgent need
・Especially strongly avoid going to restaurants and other establishments that have many customers like bars, night clubs etc. in the downtown.
・Avoid as much as possible going in and out of the prefecture without urgent need, including work travels
・Please refrain from coming in and out of the prefecture from outside without an urgent need
・For working places, it is strongly recommended to introduce dispersed time of coming into office for those commuting by public transport, working at home, etc.

The residents are asked to put maximum effort into infection prevention in daily lives
・Make sure to follow basic measures such as washing hands and “coughing manners”
・If you have symptoms of cold such as high temperature, refrain from going outside, including going to work
The residents are asked to act calmly, such as not to spread damaging rumors
・Continue to act calmly, be very careful not to do something that might cause discrimination or prejudice against those infected and their families

「ようこそ！能美市へ」展で能美市国際交流協会も紹介
Nomi International Exchange Association presented at “Welcome to Nomi City” Exhibition

現在、能美市役所本庁舎で「ようこそ！能美市へ」と題する展示が行われ、当協会を紹介するパネルもあります。
4月は新生活がスタートする時期です。そこで、能美市へ新たに転入された方を対象に、能美市の地理、観光地、ゴミ出しなどの生活に関する情報、能美市民のインタビューなど、市の魅力や新生活のためになる情報を紹介し、定住促進と交流人口の拡大を目指します。
当協会パネルでは、協会の基本的な情報と活動内容を紹介しています。また、ニュースレターや様々なご案内チラシをご覧いただけます。多言語の外国人向け「くらしのガイドブック」も置いてあります。ご自由にお持ちください。
展示期間：令和2年4月6日（月曜日）～4月30日（木曜日）

Presently there is an exhibition entitled “Welcome to Nomi City” at the City Hall, and our Association is presented on a panel there.
April is a start of new life cycle in Japan. This exhibition aims city newcomers, and it introduces the city’s geography, tourist spots, life information like garbage rules, interviews with citizens and other information useful for new start here. It also aims to promote permanent residency and local exchanges.
The panel presenting our Association introduces our basic information and activities. One can also see our Newsletter and various leaflets. There is also a multi-language «A Guide to Living» for foreigners. These materials can be taken freely.
Exhibition period: Monday, April 4, 2020 to Thursday, April 30

【English】Ishikawa prefecture has launched a Disaster-prevention information portal site that has a multi-language interface. The top page is in Japanese, but an automated translation shows the page in 108 languages.
